These Terms and conditions are an agreement between your user and Huatai Retail regarding your purchase of goods from us. Please read these terms carefully. By purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase the product.

2. Ordering and Payment

You may order Products through our website. All orders are subject to our confirmation and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to availability or other reasons. All Product prices are in unit of Pound sterling unless otherwise stated. Shipping and taxes may not be included in the Product price and will be calculated at checkout. You may pay for Products using any of the payment methods we offer. We will verify your payment information before processing your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship Products within Within three days of receiving your order and payment. We will provide you with tracking information when your order is shipped. The shipping address for Products must be a valid street address. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. 4. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may return it for a full refund according to our return policy. All Products come with a March month manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse. If a Product fails within the warranty period, you may contact our customer service department for repair or replacement service. We will repair or replace the defective Product at our discretion.
