1. Return the qualification
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return most electronics and accessories within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for return, the item must:
Original unopened packaging.
No signs of damage or use.
With receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Items that cannot be returned
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
Software or digital download.
3. How to return and exchange items
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Pack the article securely in its original packing.
Include a copy of your receipt and RMA number with your return.
Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refund
Only regular priced items are refundable. Promotional items are non-refundable.
Upon receipt and review of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund.
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Delayed or lost refund
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund can be made.

6. Shipping returns
To return a product, you should contact our customer service team and mail it to our designated address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your own returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for a replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
